Where is she? Its been so long clem and her were separated and in s3 it'll have been years since she left
Do you think she'll ever come back?

    At first I thought we'd see Christa again, but let's be real, it's a zombie apocalypse, not a school: the chances of meeting someone that you know again is basically 0%. Kenny was a minor exception. I don't think we need an explicit end or goodbye to every character in the game. I think that makes the game more realistic to be honest. But who knows, she could be just around the corner behind Clem and Javier for all we know.
