It'd be nice if support emails were answered.

I understand you may be busy but it's been well over a week since my first mail as shown below. I'd have expected some answer even if it wasn't the answer I was hoping for.

I have a Sam and Max T-Shirt on backorder in the order and the Season 2 DVD:

Seen as though there’s a 50% off sale on atm could I get that 50% applied to them please? I’d also like to add in the season 2 case file set.

    Turns out your support mails were answered by little ol' me. Please take a look at your pm's. A hungry spam/junk folder may be the culprit.
