Ordered my ToMI Deluxe in March, still not here

Hey Telltale,

I've ordered my ToMI Deluxe Edition on March 26. and the package still not arrived to my address. I really want to know what is going on with my order.
My order number is #600057595944065.

    Actually no. PMing bonnie seems to be the only way to get a response.

    Bonnie no longer works at Telltale.
    Not sure who's replacing her but Alan Johnson (new Community Manager at Telltale Games) has been spending a fair bit of time on the forums these past few weeks.

    I've sent more than 10 emails and Telltale moderation NEVER answered any of them. I've also ordered my deluxe pack on March, they told me that it's been sent on July and still got nothing. (3.5 months)

    Yeah it's the new trend, they do NOT reply emails!

    Don't use email. Send a private message trough this forum. That's the only way I've got a reply.
