Almost a year ago i pre-ordered Jurassic Park.

I didn't get any kind of notification the games became available.
I did get the refund e-mail, where didn't hear anything about since that e-mail.

  • As I said in reply to your emails, that order was automatically canceled in April, at which point you were sent a full refund. You also received a voucher in the email from Dan Connors for a free season of any of our games, including Jurassic Park.

    I've replied to two of your emails with that information, so please clarify what your issue is.

  • After checking my pay pal account i found out that there was no refund at all... I never got those e-mails, and i didnt get another game, or anything, so is this solvable?
