Clementine Not So Smart?

I found it funny that in the beginning of the game, Clementine tells us that she is eight years old, but later (on the farm), she mentions she is in first grade. Guess she's not too bright because most first graders are six, and a few are seven. She must have been held back.

Then that is more of an over sight by the game developers not an example of her IQ level just like Carly not being able to fix the radio was a poor choice by the developers which was probably done just to give us a simple puzzle to solve as opossed to the scene intentionally depicting her as bimbo.
  • Yeah, it's Odd, as others said there could be reasons but... She's 30 times more intelligent than Duck. On top of that she's quick to understand things, catches on to a lot of subtle things, and her Cast Description at http://www.telltalegames.com/walkingdead/cast/ paints a picture of her being really intelligent for her age.

Of course, she has done one stupid thing: Lick the Salt Lick. But let's face it, that was probably Duck's idea... Damn kid, I'm throwing him under the buss first chance I get. making Clem-Clem do such a disgusting thing.

How about this as an idea to clear up the entire conspiracy. The game creators are all young urban professionals with no children of their own and therefore they have no idea how old a kid in 1st grade should be. You all read way too much into this stuff. Geez, it's a game for gawds sake.

    This ^^^

Yes like being born lol :D

Ironically you could be correct. I was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck and I got a rating of 1. The rating system goes up to 9, with 9 being healthy and 1 being "Prepare to lose your child".

You're of course, just trolling, since you know the Knights will feed you.
  • I don't understand the way American schools work, here in England you usually start your first year of school at age 5. And if you are a slow learner you don't get held back a year, you just get grouped with the other slow learners.
  • How dare you besmirch the queen's name!!! OFF WITH HIS HEAD!:D

Yeah, and that explains most of the game.

But what a minute...do you mean Urban as in uuuuurban. Or Urban as in American Eagle?
