    謎に包まれたタイトル「神と神」とは…!?
    発表された映画のタイトルは「神と神」!!これまで「DB」には様々な神様が登場したが、もしかして彼らと関係が…!?続報に期待大だッ!!

What is this title surrounded by mystery, “Battle of Gods (Kami to Kami)”…?!
The film’s title has been announced as “Battle of Gods”!! Up to now, a variety of gods have appeared in Dragon Ball, but could it be that there’s a connection to them…?! Be on the lookout for further information!!
The page also confirms that Toriyama not only came up with the initial idea, but also worked on the story and character design elements.

The “神” character in the tagline is quite intriguing because it is written with the pronunciation “shin“, as opposed to “kami” which is used in the movie’s title. While both can mean “God”, the “shin” pronunciation is not normally used with the kanji by itself, and may be punning on “new” (as in, “The curtain rises on a “new” battle”).
  • Why does Shenron have a dragonball..Unless he wants a wish him self free!
  • Shenron just wants a wish that someone else would find those darn things for once. He's probably sick of bringing back the same idiots over and over again.
  • Sounds like this is supposed to take place 2 years after the defeat of Buu, which gives them an out if they decide to completely forget about the Jump special.
  • Adam West better voice the Cat Man on the dub!

You know that picture is fan made, right?
  • I don't know what to think of this. I loved the original 13 DBZ movies, but this seems like a quick cashmaking decision.
Maybe not, I hope not, but it's just a little weird to release a new movie so many years after the story ended.
If they'd continue the DB story with a whole new universe and story, I could understand this release a little better.

Since it's being partly produced by Fox, I imagine it's also some kind of rights retention thing.
