    Usage: open [-e] [-t] [-f] [-W] [-R] [-n] [-g] [-h] [-b <bundle identifier>] [-a <application>] [filenames]
Help: Open opens files from a shell.
By default, opens each file using the default application for that file.
If the file is in the form of a URL, the file will be opened as a URL.
    Options:
-a Opens with the specified application.
-b Opens with the specified application bundle identifier.
    -e Opens with TextEdit.
-t Opens with default text editor.
-f Reads input from standard input and opens with TextEdit.
-F --fresh Launches the app fresh, that is, without restoring windows. Saved persistent state is lost, excluding Untitled documents.
-R, --reveal Selects in the Finder instead of opening.
-W, --wait-apps Blocks until the used applications are closed (even if they were already running).
--args All remaining arguments are passed in argv to the application's main() function instead of opened.
-n, --new Open a new instance of the application even if one is already running.
-j, --hide Launches the app hidden.
-g, --background Does not bring the application to the foreground.
-h, --header Searches header file locations for headers matching the given filenames, and opens them.

Is that what happens when you double click the create_support_data.sh.command?
That doesn't look like it at all.

The file “create_support_data.sh.command” could not be executed because you do not have appropriate access privileges.

That's odd. Usually it still has the execute privileges after unzipping.
Please open a terminal, navigate to the folder that contains the create_support_data.sh.command
    and run
    chmod +x create_support_data.sh.command

afterwards you should be able to run it.

Okay, let's try this again. Please open a terminal.
Then copy the command line below into it, and press enter.

    chmod +x /Users/mcmaho25/Downloads/Mac_Support_Tool/create_support_data.sh.command

Then use Finder to go to the Downloads/Mac_Support_Tool/ folder, and doubleclick on the file create_support_data.sh.command

Okay, that's a start, but not everything.
Please let the script run until it shows "process completed" at the bottom.

Then attach the support_data_mac.zip to a reply. To do that click "go advanced" below the reply input field, and click the "manage attachments" button below.

    Alright.
You have 2 active prefs.prop files.

Please run this script to fix it. It creates backup copies of both prefs.prop files, and moves the Steam prefs.prop to the savegame folder.

That looks good. Now run the prefs_steam2save.command by double clicking, and then check if the game shows the correct choices.

I'll check now and see if it has worked
