In-app purchase problems

Hey guys,

I recently reset my iphone 4s due to various problems and the phone reset deleted all apps.
When i redownloaded (iclouded) the Walking dead app i attempted to restore my in-app purchases but they would not.

Is there any way to resolve this issue

    If you've tried to Restore your purchases, but the status for each episode did not update to 'Get', please try re-acquiring the multi-pack or individual episodes that you purchased. To do this, log into the account in which you initially made your purchase and continue the steps to purchase it again. You will be asked to confirm your purchase, and then be notified that you already own the content, and be prompted to download it again. If you are not logged into the account you used to make your initial purchase the first time, you will be charged again. Once the product is re-acquired, you will be able to download other episodes.

    Please also note that if you originally purchased the multi-pack with episodes 2-5, purchasing the new multi-pack with 400 Days will also charge you again. If this is the case, you will need to Restore the multi-pack and not complete the purchase path again. Before attempting this, please remove the game application from your device, restart your device, and establish a strong WiFi connection.

    After reinstalling the application the game needs to be restarted again to download all the updates and patches. Please shut down the game entirely and the next time you launch, you should see the $19.99 USD multi-pack that includes 400 Days. if the restore button does not change the episode status for these episodes to 'Get', then you can complete the purchase path again to update ownership. To do this, make sure you are logged into the account in which you initially made the purchase and continue the steps to purchase it again. You will be asked to confirm your purchase, and then be notified that you already own the content, and be prompted to download it again. If you are not logged into the account you used to make your initial purchase the first time, you will be charged again. Once the product is re-acquired, you will be able to download other episodes.

  • Thank you for all your help guys! the problem has been resolved and i am now in the process of re-downloading the episodes ^^

    I am very looking forward to the next walking dead game as i am sure it will be as amazing as the first one!!!
