Crash on start?

edited December 2013 in Game Support

Whenever i load the game through steam it only loads a white box in the corner of the screen Alt text as shown here. I have tried many different ways to fix this, i even contacted steam and TTG (no reply from TTG yet) and to no avail i'm still left with this white box

Is there a fix for this?
