Poker Night 2 Not Launching (Steam)

When I click the play button on steam it just shows a loading icon (the circular windows one) and then nothing happens. When I click it repetitively it says the app is already running. I have task manager on and it is just not showing as a running application. I don't like seeing my money going to waste, especially on such a good game. Please help!

    Can you please clarify what platform you are playing on? PC/Mac, Xbox/PS3, or a mobile device? Any extra information you can provide, can help me figure out the issue you are experiencing.

    Please download and run the PN2 support tool. Let it run until it says "FINISHED" at the bottom. Then upload the "PN2_support_data_pc.zip" it creates to an instant filehoster and post the download link into a new reply.

      I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please provide full system specifications for your computer?

      Please send us your DXDiag if you’re using PC. (To send a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you’ll be able to easily find it. Then please upload the file in the same manner as you uploaded the support tool, and copy and paste the download link in a reply to this thread, and I will be able to assist you further.

  • I have even tried to use the game on my other computer which is win 7, and it still will not load keeps saying error....PLEASE help or give me my money back..!

      My apologies, after looking over this computer's support tool, it seems it is below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory from your graphics card, your current card is running at 0mb. It is using an Intel integrated card, and we do not recommend using these particular cards for running our games. I apologize for any difficulties this may cause you.       I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few possible solutions:

      1) Ensure you have the latest drivers for both your graphics card, and your computer’s BIOS

      2) Restart your system

      3) Unplug your gamepad (and all other USB devices other than keyboard/mouse) and plug in headphones to the audio out jack.

      4) Verify your cache if you purchased through Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)

      5) Run the game as admin

      6) Run the game in compatibility mode (We recommend Windows 98/ME)

      7) Reinstall the game

      8) Make sure that the Steam application is not set to a compatibility mode (right click on steam and click properties, then check compatibility, and make sure that it is not checked to play in a different OS)
