iTunes won't credit me back... =[

Hi there. I didn't see an email address or other type of contact so, I hope this is where I post my problem. I bought The Walking Dead Game for iOS last year or so. I purchased the multi-pack ($14.99 I think? or $19.99?I can't remember...) to get all the episodes. Great! Finished the game, all is awesome. Recently, I get a notification from iClarified that Season 2 is now a available. I didn't realize there was a COMPLETELY NEW APP. I had opened my original app, saw the "save when you buy episode 400 and the Multi-pack" paid $19.99 for it. I didn't realize that, the Multi-pack episodes were the exact same ones I had bought before. In trying to report the issue with Apple, I simply got "this item is not eligible for a refund". As for in-App purchasing, it should have CHECKED that I already bought the PREVIOUS Multi-pack and told me to simply buy the episode 400.

I was genuinely excited to start playing the new Season, played the 400 episode I'd never heard about and waited patiently for then next 4 to download. I slowly realized after hearing people talk about it that, again, it was a whole new app. Can you please help me out? I'm not trying to scam you guys out of a free game. Just looking to move that credit I used to buy the in-App Multi-pack I didn't need to the awesomeness that I am sure is Season 2.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, any purchases made through Apple, and any refund requests or inquiries, will have to go through Apple/iTunes. Please contact Apple iTunes Support for further assistance regarding your issue.

    I do think, from a development perspective, you may want to update that loophole for double buying.

    I'll keep you posted.
