Xbox Live Season Pass Episode 2 Purchase Issue
Some customers may be experiencing a temporary service issue when downloading Episode 2 of ‘The Wolf Among Us’ on Xbox 360. This includes being asked to pay for the Episode individually after having purchased the Season Pass. We understand that Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue. I was told by Microsoft associates on their support line that this was a telltale games server issue and they could do nothing about it.
We have been in contact with Microsoft, and they have found the underlying issue. We are waiting to hear back from Microsoft, and we will update this thread when this issue is resolved.
