Problem

The Order is Paid But I am Still experiencing difficulties with the Game it self won't open
It's asking me for the I tunes password & I enter it 2 time but the game open it's logo and close at once and never open againI try delete and re download but it's the same

Apple ID is the same as my e-mail
I have been told by iTunes Customer Support to contact you directly

What do I do?

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear. Then restart the application, and you should be able to play.

  • I Try & it is the same how ever I changed the country of which where I downloaded the game in the first place
    And delete and re download and it's the same could you make a rest or some thing

      I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is the only known way to run the app successfully. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background.       After doing this, please delete and re-download the game application, and then turn off your device once more after the download is complete. Then after turning your device off and back on, you should be able to open the application successfully.

      • so you say that telltale Mike over and over again , in reality you know this solution isn`t going to work as hundreds of people tried it , your game on ios is a rip off , you shouldn`t be releasing games on a device specially when you know it is going to cause major problems for the buyer/player, even worse i tried to purchase your next game wolf among us but your game app won`t let me , an absolute waste of time ! not happy
  • this Telltale mike knows there is no solution to this as thousands of people are experiencing the same issue on ios 7 , do not buy any of these games on ios , if you wanna play telltale games with no glitches and restore issues then xbox 360 or mac is a best device , nobody is taking responsibility for this issue Apple is keep bouncing me back to tell tale games and tell tale mike is copy and pasting the same reply from a year ago over n over again ! do not waste your money and wait for these lazy game developers to sort this issue out with Apple , this app is not fully compatible with ios 7 ! they are well aware of that but they are not willing to compensate for it being proper greedy !
  • Agree with Solid Snake. None of the proposed solution is working and it's very frustrating when you paid the money and can't play the game

    My apologies, you may not be proceeding far enough through the purchase path to restore your previous purchase. It will ask you to confirm your purchase, and you should then be able to hit the 'Buy' button, and it will alert you that you have already purchased the item.

    @Solid snake - If you are still experiencing issues downloading episodes for The Wolf Among Us, please navigate to your Settings menu, select the General tab, find 'Restrictions', select that, and then scroll down to allowed content and make sure 'In-app purchases' is turned on.
