Problem with activating Tales Of Monkey Island

I've tried to log in on the log in screen that appears when you try to start one of the episodes, but the only thing that happens is an apearing error message that says:
"Sorry, we ran into problems
Sorry, we weren't able to log you in. If you're connected to the internet, please use your serial number instead. Otherwise, please go to the Manual Unlock rab and follow the instructions for offline activation."
I have noticed that the Receipts tab in my profile says: "You have not purchased anything from us yet.", but that is not true. I have purchased both Poker Night 2 and all Tale Of Monkey Island episodes.
