Paid for, but is not in "my games," Also says i have not activated the game.

Hi, I purchased the game "The Walking Dead, Season One," today, and there is a problem. You see, i cannot play the game, because it says "You have not activated the game, please go to telltalegames.com to purchase and activate the game"
I paid for the game, the charges came out of my account, and i ran the EXE file, launched the game, signed in, but cannot continue because i apparently have not activated the game. Could this be because i bought the game (Stupidly) before i verified my account? Please, either fix it, or give me a refund.
