Cloth fragment from ep.1 belongs to...

Our dear friend Jack. For those who don't remember, in ep.1 Bigby finds a blue cloth fragment near where Faith's disembodied head is placed. Bigby claims the same material is used for jeans, that is seen being worn by Jack. If you take a look at ep.2 where Jack is first introduced, you will notice holes in his jeans but could it simply be a fashion statement or something more sinister?

  • Interesting... You may be right, though only time will show.

Possible. He's no saint. Maybe CM paid him for that.

  • I think he probably sneaked in and saw Faith's head, but couldn't say anything without also implicating himself in his own larcenous ways. We'll likely find out more on that subject considering Snow was (therefore) the second person to find Faith and you pretty much have to compare the fabric to Snow's skirt to progress, so her conversation with Jack in Crane's apartment will eventually come to light.

  • yeah he could have been trying to steal from crane again as we seen in episode 3 (right?)

  • He's no murderer though, probably a puppet like you said. In the comics he's portrayed as a guy trying to get rich with quick schemes which often fail more than anything. But he does kill in the comics but I won't spoil.

  • Not sure if he would steal Crane's stuff before he was incriminated for suspicion of murder and fleeing. Maybe he was at the scene of Faith's head at the wrong time?

  • Maybe Snow and Jack striked a "deal" similar to Bigby's?

  • As indicated in the compendium found in Crane's desk, some magical items are under care of fables who live in those apartments, so Jack may have stolen things from other people that night.

  • Jack AND Tiny Tim wear jeans

  • I am not so sure about that. Some people already thought about it, i think, and some people dissed it because his jeans are of a darker color. I don't think so, not yet, i don't think anything. Well, i DO think someone that works for Crooky brought Faith's head there, and that someone wears that type of jeans. I think we have yet to be introduced to the particular character.

  • It wouldn't be that hard for it to be Jack that brought the head there, but I doubt he killed anyone. Jack works for Crooked man, and tells Jack to deliver the head unto the steps of the Woodlands. He seems like he could be used as a good pawn. He had some trouble getting over the fence and cut himself, but used the trash can to jump over the other way. Could be possible.

  • Its 80s, 90% of the people uses jeans.

  • People change clothes though

Ha if its true I'm happy I hit him in EP 3

  • Oh dear, he's got some explaining to do.

  • Tiny Tim's jeans had a rip in, and he was the driver of the Crooked Man's car.

  • The fragment of blue denim belongs to either Jack or Hans.
Jack has been seen wearing a blue denim jacket and Hans has been seen wearing blue denim jeans.
Lol seeing as how characters seemingly never change sets of clothes in this series (whats up with that?) it's probably one of those two

  • Jack does know how to trespass without being seen, with the exception of Bigby catching him in the act of stealing in Crane's apartment, maybe Jack owed the Crooked Man money through the lucky pawn and paid him back by "delivering" Faith's head to the front of the woodlands apartment building without being seen, which is why Jack got his pants caught hopping over the fence.

    Its possible

  • May just be a style choice given how many tears there are on his jeans
