Episode Downloads Stalling

Hi, I just completed episode one, so I am trying to download episodes 2+. Whenever I do, they get to a certain point, stop, go back to 0% and start again. Then, they stop again (apparently at the point where they restarted from last time), and tell me that my computer is not connected to the internet: "Network unavailable please connect your pc to the internet"

I tried deleting the SyncFS folder but that doesn't seem to have helped.


  • Also, I should note that firewall is Off and so is Gatekeeper.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Here are a few possible other solutions:

    1) Restart your computer

    2) Reset your internet access point, and restart the game application

    3)Verify your cache if you purchased through Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)

    4) Try starting the game with no other programs running in the background

    5) Reinstall the game
