Episode 4 doesn't save

in The Walking Dead - Season 2

I finished TWD S2 Ep. 3 and start Ep. 4.(PS4) But I have to restart Ep.4 everytime cause it doesn't save anything. Like: Season 1 wasn't found. I didn't change anything. And I can still see the choices that I make for Episode 3 and for the start
of Episode. But I have to start the Episode everytime. Please help me!

    Can you please clarify if you are able to access your save files/save slots from the Save Files menu, and rewind the game? Also, can you please clarify if you can start Episode 4 in a blank save slot, without your save files?
