WHERE IS EPISODE 2 WHY IT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR TELLTALE TO DO SOMETHING RIGHT JUST FOR ONCE

Started game via mac store,
took me to download a patch
download the patch
started the patch
episode 2 NOT updated (even tho i clicked it/double clicked it)
restarted notebook
started patch - nothing
started via mac store - double click on episode 2 - content already download (or something like that).

NO THE CONTENT IS NOT THERE AND NOWHERE TO BE FOUND
where is episode 2? :)

PS: all is updated

    If you already have Episode 1 installed, all you need to do is:

    Open up the game
    Download the installer patch when prompted - check out this support thread if you need help!
    Click the Episodes option on the main menu
    Click the Download button next to Episode 2: The Lost Lords.

    I apologize for the delayed response. We are currently looking into an issue where some Mac players are unable to download Episode 2 after installing the patch. We hope to have more information in the near future. Unfortunately at this time I do not have an update on the issue.
