Episode 2 discontinuity/ plothole
This is only a minor issue. When Rhys and Vaughn fell out of the car, Fiona grabbed his boot and it stayed with her in the car. Later on, before entering the underground facility, I talked to Fiona as Rhys and got my shoe back, but inside the underground facility, I'm suddenly missing my shoe again. Hopefully this can be fixed without too much effort.

Another thing to note - in the intro scene, Fiona loses her hat, yet in Fiona's side of the story, she keeps hold of it.
