Unable to log in for Tales from the Borderland

I have registered and verified and the game shows up in "My Account," but when I attempt to open the game from my Mac, after entering email and password, it says "Can't log in. Quit game or Logout and try again." I have tried again now for over an hour, redownloaded the game (and patch), bu all to no avail.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Telltale Account, please try restarting the game. Then after you have finished entering in your email address and password, instead of clicking 'Sign In', try pressing the Enter/Return Key on your keyboard, and see if you are then able to log in successfully, and play the game.

    If the issue persists, please also make sure that you have disabled any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running on your computer that may be blocking the game from allowing you to connect with our servers.
