After looking up your account in our database, it doesn't seem to be linked correctly. Can you please clarify if you linked your account before playing an episode of the game, or did you link your account after you completed the episode?
If you have already played through the episode, I recommend try unlinking your Steam account from the game by going to your Settings page here on this website by clicking the My Account button at the top of the page, then click Settings from the drop down bar. After you reach the Settings page under the linking section, you should see your Steam account linked with your Telltale account. Please try clicking the unlink button, then refresh the page and re-link your Steam account to your Telltale account. After this is done, restart the game, and make sure you can still see your Choices in-game, then go back to your Choices page on the website and it should update with your proper choices.

After looking over your Support Tool information, I cannot seem to find a reason why it wouldn't be working for you. I will make sure to pass your case along to the web team to look further into your issue, and will reply when I receive word for you to try again.
Edit: If you have linked your Steam account on our website, can you please clarify if you have linked your Telltale account in-game? You can do this by starting the game and on the main menu, click 'TTG Account', then it will ask you to sign in using your Telltale account's Username/Email and Password. After you have linked your account there, then go back to your Choices page, and see if it has updated.
I Have Checked IN_ttgaccount And It Seems That It Is Logged In To The Wrong Account But I Cannot Log Out.

Could you please check your Settings page on this website by clicking My Account at the top of this webpage, then click Settings from the drop down menu? Under the linking section where it says 'Linked to Steam as... ' does it show your Steam Username there, or a different Username?
It Shows My Steam Community Profile Name.

If you are logged into a different Telltale account in-game, you will need to be logged into that account on the website in order to see your Choices page with your Extended Choices on this website.
Is there any way to log out of that account?
If you are playing the Steam version of the game, you should be able to unlink your Steam account with your other account by going to the Settings Page on that account, and unlink link your Steam account there. Then link your Steam account to this Telltale account using the Settings page.
My Steam Account is already linked to this account. the other account has been logged in in-game.
My apologies, I will make sure to pass it along to the web team to look further into it. Could you please clarify if you are able to see your correct Choices/Stats show up correctly when you log into your other TTG account? Or is that choices page also blank?
I do not use that account any more but because my steam account is not linked to it i do not think it would show any choices.
If you logged into the game on Steam using your other account, you will need to log into that Telltale account, and make sure that on the account's Settings page, that your Steam account is not linked through there. If it is, please click the Unlink button. This should unlink your old account, and log out in-game, to allow you to link your @JasTheEpic account in-game.
