The Game Will not Start

Ever since I installed episode 3 of TFTB I cannot start the game. It will get to the menu where it says Waiting for Server for a brief second, then it crashes and restarts. I cannot access any of the episodes. This is also for the XBOX One. I installed an update today, hoping that'd do something, but it did not. I eve have done hard reboots and have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the content. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

    If you become stuck on the 'Connecting to Server' screen, and have already tried hard resetting your console and deleting and re-downloading the game itself, could you please clarify if you have tried starting the game both offline and online to see if you get different results?

    If you experience the issue both online and offline, there may be an issue within your save files themselves. I recommend try backing up your save files to the Online Storage if you have the ability to, and see if you see a change in your ability to start the game.
