No help

I contacted you on June 29th 2012 and still haven't got a fix for my PC. I have the system req's but I haven't even gotten a F..k you e-mail from you . You sent me a notice that episode two was released and I haven't received another notice after that. Here we are on the last episode and I can't even play the first. You can't even extend me the common courtesy of offering my money back. As far as i am concerned you have a defective product and I will tell everyone I can that it is so. Will you respond now.
