No answer from support or twdclaim?

I sent an email to both support and twdclaim to get marketplace download codes for my The Walking Dead game that didn't work on my Xbox 4GB Slim, but neither the support nor twdclaim have answered my emails so I wonder how long does it usually take to get an answer when you send an email?

    I wonder the same thing.

    I needed their advice about doing a Play-Through on YouTube, because it seems some company might be trying to claim rights on Visual Content.

    I sent in my claim on the 15th and haven't heard back yet. Sent a tweet and nothing.

    Some company named BelieveSAS had a claim on my play-through video.

    Does Telltalegames have any idea who they are?
