I got almost crucified for DARING dislike the WD. I'll be honest, I disliked it a lot and comparing them two together is downright insulting to the Tales.

Well it is revealed that it is Loader Bot, who wanted to find his friends and get them all back together to save Gortys so I think that it was him contacting Rhys and pretending to be Fiona to settle things down. I don't know, makes sense.

I've actually played this part a few seconds ago. In episode three, when you're trying to get the gun out of the Finch's hands - in case you're shooting the fire bullets, he says "what the fuck" after that.
