Yes the whole situation doesn´t actually work. He didn´t even take the picture from the desk that Bigby then took. They would need a sweeping team to actually destroy any kind of evidence.

I like the clem comparison. But it´s also very different. It felt easy for me to take Snow with me for the reasons everybody has been saying already. But since clem is still so young it wasn´t an easy decision at all when I played the walking dead.
