Join Us at PAX West for a Special Batman Crowd Play Hosted by Greg Miller!

Every year at PAX West, we pack a room full of friends and fans to play through one of our latest episodes as a big, fun, shouty group. This year will be no exception, but in the spirit of our decision-driven gameplay, we wanted to give everyone a chance to choose their own adventure. So, we ran a poll that allowed fans to pick the series for this year’s Crowd Play, and between Minecraft: Story Mode - Season Two, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series, and Batman: The Enemy Within, Batman ultimately came out on top.

With the winner declared, join us Saturday, September 2 at PAX West in Seattle for a special Crowd Play of Batman: The Enemy Within’s debut episode, ‘The Enigma.’ The event will be hosted by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller, who will be joined by an illustrious panel of Telltale developers. Be at the Hydra Theater on level one of the Grand Hyatt Seattle no later than 8:30 p.m. Saturday night and, if you can, stick around for the full two-hour episode.

If you’ve never participated in a Telltale Crowd Play before, here’s what to expect: all of our most recent releases have a “Crowd Play” feature baked in. This allows other people to join the player’s game from their mobile devices and vote on dialogue options and story decisions. When we do big events like this one, you can still log into the game and vote from your phone, but we also encourage audience members to simply shout out their choices. Both options work, but the latter is often pretty hilarious.

And to all our friends who can’t join us at PAX West: be sure to follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook so you can catch a link to the livestream!
