The Walking Dead A New Frontier Support
[Xbox One] I am being prompted to purchase an episode even though I have the Season Pass
Please ensure that you have the Season Pass file installed to your Xbox One before starting the game.
To check this:
Sign into your Xbox Live account and ensure that your console has a strong connection to Xbox Live and that all Xbox services are live. Next, highlight The Walking Dead: A New Frontier tile from the Xbox home menu and hit Start on your controller. Select Manage Game. If the Season Pass file is listed in the Ready to Install list, please select this to install the file.
Should there appear to be nothing new to install, please uninstall the game from your Xbox One console. Please then reinstall the game from the Xbox Store page, and try downloading episodes in the in-game Episodes menu again.
If the issue persists, please hard reset your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Then start the game again and see if you are now able to download episodes.
