Episode 3 is missing textures, crashing, or doesn't load
If you are experiencing issues such as missing textures or characters, random freezing or crashing, and extended black screens on loading, you may have an incomplete update version.
Please check that you are fully updated. You can do so by selecting the game on your console's home screen, pressing the Options button, and then selecting 'Check for Updates'. Once you are fully updated you should be on version 1.01.
If you've updated to 1.01 and are still seeing this issue, please try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game. This may take some time, and we apologize for the inconvenience this causes you. To save time, you can reinstall only Episodes 1 and 3. You will not need to reinstall Episode 2 to play.
Please let the game fully reinstall - if you attempt to launch the game while it is still patching you may experience issues.
