I can't move Rodrik in Episode 2 or Gared in Episode 3
If you become unable to move the character you are playing as, please close the game app and all other apps running on your device by double tapping the home button and swiping aside all apps you see.
After doing this, please fully power off your iOS device for 5 minutes. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
After restarting your device, please go into Settings and reset the WiFi by turning it Off, then back On. Please launch the game app again, and you should be able to move the character and continue playing.
