My Season Pass is not showing up as purchased in-game
This is an issue that occurs for some users who have purchased the Season Pass or the Telltale Games Collection bundle. Please note that while the in-game Episodes menu may say your account does not own the Season Pass, it is still tied to your Playstation or Xbox account, and your account does own the Season Pass.
This means you will still be able to access all of the perks of having the Season Pass, including downloading episodes from the Episodes menu and acquiring the Exclusive Loot for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
